Drove 250 miles total to find out there was no 8/4 Zebra in store.  Bought some other stuff anyway....   :D

I'm sittin in South Carolina with bow season underway and nothing in hand but a fishing rod.  Oh, and the fish aren't biting.   :(

Well I still got all my fingers and got about 1/3 of my walnut sawed into blanks on the old radial arm saw.  Including a couple of real purty crotch pieces. Not sure how sound they are, but should make some nice overlays or handle pieces.

I've been in the mountains up north since last Thursday.
Seen this albino doe two days in a row. Long ways off for a cell phone camera..

 

Also my buddy took me to see a fire that never goes out. Gas seeps up through the ground, crazy as heck. Lots of folks stop and throw a log on it for kicks.
