Any one have any experience with shooting a wright archery buffalo stick?

Longbows4life

are you talking about rodney wright if so i have not shot it but was looking at getting either that or the firehawk

throwit,

Is the buffalo stick Rodney's longbow? I had a 48" Rodney Wright Buffalo Hunter. That's the recurve.
"Keep the bow you like or you will be looking forever." -H.J.

One bow. One arrow. My ideal.

Haven't shot the Buffalo stick, but I've got one of his Stalker recurves and love it.  You know what they say, "you can't go wrong with a Wright."  :knothead:   but he does make a nice bow.

Hey i've got good news for you guys,i am a friend of Rodney and i have had the pleasure of trying almost every one of his models.I can tell this the Buffalo stick is a  sweet little shooter
the one that i shot was 64lbs @ 28" and it shot great!Hey Longbows, you won't go wrong with either.I currently own a Firehawk and it is great, also it is his most popular model. One piece of advice, you might want to buy one soon because the canadian dollar keeps climbing.

the elf

I have a Rodney Wright bushbow--flatbow longbow---nowhere on his site can I find a ---Buffalo stick. The Buffalo hunter is a recurve.

Roots

There is a buffalo stick on his website, 56in long. Selling for 590.00

the elf

Hey Roots-----I am not trying to be funny----but where is it on Rodney`s website ?

throwit

Rodney has a new website wrightarchery.com.  Or maybe it is just a new design site.  Look agian elf its there.

the elf

I didn`t know he had a new site----I was beginning to think I was going blind. It is kind of neat----looks like a baby Firehawk.

quemaple

Yes he did revamp his website and yes the Buffalo stick does look like a smaller version of the Firehawk.throwit i know a couple of people who own the Buffalo stick and they are very happy with them.GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR DECISION!
