It sounds like a mid '70's model.   If it is green futurewood with a blue stripe and white overlays on the grip, it is '73 to '75.   If the overlays are colored(blue/green) it is a '76.  Prior to '73, the KH was made of exoctic woods, primarily bubinga and shedua I believe.

Doublegun

It appears to be an early 70's bow.  The handle/riser is made of two different types of dark exotic wood (not the green future wood) with a dark strip running between the two woods.  The madallion is flush and is brass or nickle silver.

In '70, '71, and '72 the KH's were made of the exotic woods with the converta-insert in the riser, the '69 didn't have the insert.
