OK Folks the West Boulder Ranch and myself will again be donating a elk/deer hunt here on the ranch. Here's a quick reference to last years donation, it'll be pretty much the same.   West Boulder Ranch Hunt
Thanks for looking!

Good idea bringing this up early Doug.  Let people get their finances in place.  Anybody need a Home Equity Loan?  It's gonna' take one to win this trip!  :readit:

Glad to hear that the fire left something! I was beginning to worry.

This will be a fantastic opportunity for some luck boy or girl. I hunted with Doug near the ranch on Forest Service land a few years ago and was very pleased with game numbers and every othe thing about the area.

Thanks for bringing this up guys, I now have something to do today: stop at bank to get Equity papers, stop at corner store for lottery tickets, check all closets for **** items, set up lemonade stand, check Mason jar,,,,  So much to do and so little time. Thanks Doug, great donation for a great cause!

From last year's thread it looks like Brian was the winner. Was there a thread about the hunt, any reports from Brian?  I'm signing the loan docs today!

Doug told me on Saturday that Brian drew his tag and will be hunting there this fall.  If you are the winning bidder for the hunt you will be hunting whenever you draw the tag, earliest would be the 2008 season.  Plenty of time to pay off the line of credit before you go.  :goldtooth:
The broadhead used, regardless of how sharp, is nowhere as important as being able to place it in the correct spot.

Yep like Walt said this'll probably be a 2008 hunt unless you happened to have a tag for this year. Brian will have first dibs of course but we could figure something out.

Yep it left pretty much everything below Cow Camp and took most everything above it Charlie. Where you camped is toast but there are a few scattered pockets of green. Getting plenty of moisture now and hopefully that'll continue all summer.
