Idaho elk and bear units

Hi guys.  Can anyone that knows Idaho share wih me a good unit for both bear and elk.  I am not asking you reveal your honey hole, just wanting to move hunting from an average 9000 foot colorado to 6000 feet idaho.  Easier on my aging lungs.
 I would be willing to share my info on colorado.
