Those are a 3-d leafy cover that I use for turkey hunting to keep the glare off the bow. The yellow strings I just used to tie it on because the old elastic strings have broken.

I stalked him for about 200 yards when he decided to come my way in a hurry. I was crouched down and when he got about15 feet away I drew, stood up and shot. Right over top of him!     He didn't know what happened and he stood up and I drilled him perfect in the chest.

Good job Jim! They are tough. I had one once try and climb in a ground blind with me...I shot him with a Carbonwood (Ground Grizzly is right, I swear he had a hump) and he reached around and bit the danged arrow in half.

Roger this bugger was tough! He actually pulled the arrow out of his chest after he chewed the crap out of it!
I couldn't believe how hard by heart was pounding during the whole thing, you would have swore I was hunting the real grizzlies!

Nice, it is shame but we do not have many left where I live in NY. I used to shoot 30-40 a year as a kid, but all the farms are gone and all the fields are turning fallow or have houses in them. Shawn

I used a Wensel Woodsman. I have several arrows for woodchucks with Snuffers on them but the arrow I pulled out of the quiver had the Woodsman on it.
I have used 2 blade broadheads on them before but I like the knockdown power of the 3 blade so they don't make it back to their den.
