Just bought a 64" 50# Bear Polar. The number on it was JG969 with an L under all this. Does anyone know what size sting I should use and any history on this bow would be cool too. Like what year it was made. Thanks Tucker

I would think that a 14 strand 60" Dacron would work pretty good. Hap

I have a left hand that I purchased at a garage sale a few years ago, first time I had seen such a long recurve, and it shoots great. Actual string length would be 63"-64" and you can twist it adjust brace height.

I had a 61" string in house so I put it on. Seems to be good the bow shoots real sweet not alot of noise. Any idea what the brace height should be..
