Elmerized 2 hogs this past weekend!

I went hog hunting in Texas this past weekend with 2 compound shooters. (God love em)....I only shoot Elmer Patton (Crow creek)bows. This trip I knew that I would stalking so I chose my 58" CC- Crow Mag longbow. Immediately upon arrival my compound buddies did a little gigging about a longbow and said there too much to go wrong with a longbow. HA! I said the only thing to go wrong on my lb was my MIND! But they had too many contraptions to be bumped and messed up. I kept my mouth shut until after the hunt. final hunt. Crow creek longbow- 2 shots/2 hogs in the cooler. Compound bows- 5 shots/ 1 hog in the cooler. I hate to boast but when they gig my Crow Creek work of art....it sure is a good feeling to not wound any hogs and have 2 in the box at the end of the hunt! Crow Creek and Elmer Patton...first you elmerize it, then you tenderize it, then you caterize it! yum/yum! kd

I love my gadgets they are Black Widows,Blacktails,Acadnians,Bob Lees,Bears,Martins,Hoyts, such simple gadgets and I love them so!!!
