Does anyone have either of John's bows all wood or glass backed? I am looking for your opinions on each one, handshock, shooting qualities ect? I was also wondering about the durability of the his all wood bows? Pictures would also be nice if you have them and specs and woods in your bow. Thanks Flint

HI Flint,  I have a Shultz you can shoot.  One of the best Hill styles made.  A Tim Meigs and a older HH as well.

I have wanted an all bamboo schultz longbow since about 1988.

I have a Schulz longbow.  68" and the American Longbow Trophy Hunter model.  76#@28"  Slow as a one eyed dog but probably the smoothest shooting longhbow I have ever owned.  Brown glass over maple.  I added white micarta tips.  Cut past center and a very good bow for me!!  If you can, buy 2!!!
