I see alot about putting snake skins on bows. But, whats the best way to take them off?

Little John

I'm just getting ready to put a set on a bow. I been doing allot of research on putting them on. Somewhere I came across an Idea to scuff the limbs with 1000 grit paper and put a thin coat of primer on the limbs before putting the skins on. This way you can take them off and buff the limbs back to a shine. As far as taking them off, I guess sand paper maybe. What glue did you use?

**DONOTDELETE**

I didn't put these on myself. I got the bow with them already on the limbs.

Would anyone be able to do it for me if I sent the bow? Justin

Wow. I asked a question that didnt get an answer.

Bob Morisson would be a good one to ask. Not knowing how the skins were put on or finished makes it hard for folks to give you a worthwhile answer.

I know just as much about them as you do. They were on the bow when I got it. I will give Mr. Morrison a hollar.
