Just got my new custom longbow today(I'll get some pics on Saturday while stumpin' with Mike and Shawn), she is a BEAUT! An all-hickory selfbow with rattlesnake skin backing. I couldn't help but to wander out to the yard and shoot her----and WOW! I swear it shoots as fast(if not faster) than anything I have ever shot before. Now I was EXTREMELY impressed with some of the guys at the Idaho trad expo's bows(Centaurs particularly), but this hickory sweetie is meaner downrange----thats all there is too it. Hats off to Jeremiah Retherford for building a functional work of art.

The bears better watch out.....
