When arrows are going up and down in flight, that means that you gotta move the nock, right? (No side to side motion in flight, BTW)

Here's what I'm shooting...55#@28" Hunter II ChekMate. My draw is 28". I'm using a 30" Carbon Express Rebel Hunter 4560 with a 145gr tip.
Suggestions?

move the nock up or down.  What is it at now?

More than likely your nocking point is too low, causing the back end of the arrow to bump the shelf. try raising it 1/8" at a time until it goes away.

If you can't get clean arrow flight by adjusting your nock point it could be your arrows are too stiff. I've spined CE 45-60s anywhere between 80and 95#.

That arrow should be fine; put a square on there and make sure your nock is at least 1/4" above the center mark on the square, or even 5/16".

Those rebels do weigh about 10+ gr/inch, right?

Otherwise, check limb tiller...top limb should be 1/4 to 3/8" positive over the bottom.

Also, check nock fit; it it's way too tight, all tuning bets are off!  And if you're using standard carbon nocks, it probably is too tight...try switching to easton super 3d nocks with the larger throat...

pm me if more info needed...

oh yeah...check your brace height...if memory serves, somewhere between 7 3/4" and 8 1/4" should be about right...

Forgot to add, I shoot three under Apache style.

The three under is also going to require a slightly higher than normal nock point, unless the bow is tillered for 3 under.
