A friend of mine found this years ago so I asked if I could make a arrow for him to hang on the wall.
Chickasaw I guess


Lowes dowel and Titbond 3.
Sinew and turkey feathers--Back Sinew, not so easy to process.
I wanted it to look more primitive so I wasn't so picky on the sinew wrap.
It's about 26" long, the point half is 3/8" OD and tapers down to 5/16", then the Nock area is 3/8"again (1/2" long)

BTW, the point looks more like a knife blade with one side offset more than the other but I won't tell if you don't.

None of the lines on this point are straight.
I was thinking the man that made it was just learning how to make them.
If you look at a side angle the cutting edge is not very straight either.

It makes sense what your a saying.
