Response from Sponsor

All i'm not trying to dig deep here but I recently made an order for a bow case from a TG Sponsor, the case delivered was not what I ordered. I reached out both by phone and email, no response. How long would you wait till reaching out again. I get it we are all busy, but my payment was prompt so is it too much to expect courtesy in response ? Even an email response to say they are looking into it would be great.

If you emailed them on lunch today I might wait a day or so. One to three business days, especially during cold and flu season, doesn't seem unreasonable to me. That said I get people who call and text me during church and are mad I don't answer so what do I know.

Yeah if they are not back to you today,I would be a little upset.

Yes, I ran it to that too much in my regular business. Someone would call me and ask why didn't I answer their email, and I would ask....'When did you send it'. Reply most often was along the lines of this.... 'Ten minutes ago'.

I had to set that precedence straight right away. ....

Odd, they call me to ask me if I got their email from 10 minutes ago,.... Why didn't they call me to start with!!!

I wouldn't worry too much, how long ago did you reach out?

Sorry about that Peter.. Our phones have been down since at least monday if not earlier.. For some reason we had missed some message stating that they were doing away with land lines in our area and going all digital. We are working diligently to fix this issue. The non response to the email is unacceptable but has been a reacurring issue as of late.
We have a shortage of help in the office and they are having to prepare the trailer for our upcoming events in addition to normal office duties.
I will bring this up personally this morning.
