Anyone shooting, or have any thoughts on Dwyer longbows? Thanks.     Steve.

Almost posted again, then realized I answered you on another forum already.Don't think you'll hear anyone with any bad comments about them.Great bows.
Bowhunting......A way of life and death.

I've been shooting a Defiant for a few years now. Nice bow, super smooth and quiet. It is more of a hybrid than the Dwyer original which does have some R/D but is D shape when strung. The original is also a smooth drawer with nice slim limbs. I had a hard time making a decision between the two.

Now they have the Dauntless which is even more of a hybrid. They initially offerd it in a 62 and 64", now only 62. Which is ok...they are smooth on the draw, but I prefer a longer bow for its' stability.

Great bows at a good price. A-1 craftsmenship and great people to deal with.
I'd like to have one of each someday. ('boo cores of course    ;)   )

Nothing new since 2/11. Did someone scoop up that fine bow of yours ?  ;)

TP needs a new-used Dwyer Original;)
One Defiant (ordered 15 minutes before True_Position) and later added 2 Dauntlesses. Love them all, with a preference toward the Dauntless. Have not shot an original yet, but that is probably the next on my list to complete the triad.
Can't go wrong with a Dwyer.

"TP"  ?  ..... I think I better consider a change of handle.

I use a lot of TP and I get TP ...that can't be good.    :scared:

How about "Buck Shooter"?

I hear nothing but good things about them.  I have never owned one, but a friend does.  I think his craftsmanship is great.  I think you can do far worse than purchasing a Dwyer bow.
