This new bow is heading to New Jersey on monday after i fine tune some finish on one set of limbs.
I've attached a photo album below so you can take a peak at her.

The really wild part about this extremely dense hardwood is how it lights up to almost yellow/ gold color when its sanded. I've got photos showing the aged wood before i started with some Lacquer sanding sealer on it. This is what the riser will look like in a years time with some UV rays.   I thought you guys might enjoy looking at this. Its hard to believe this is the same piece of wood.

Very nice, it really pops with the black veneer on the limbs.

Nice bow!!
Yes the cherrywood darkens within a year
Mine was yellow as well and then got more brown

Nice love the cherry wood.  I have a Northern Mist with Osage and Cherry that has darkened and is beautiful now.

Too many bows to list, and so many more I want to try!  Keep the wind in your face, and your broadheads sharp.

Amazing  how that African cherry develops that color over time...a bow that just get's better!

I've adopted too many bows that needed a good home.

Guss

That's as sexy a riser as I've seen..!!

Hey Laurent, Good to see you on the board here. :goldtooth:

Check out the custom grip i did on this one closely. This one is a close match to the Jagar 38 grip that is real popular with a lot of guys. It's not quite as wide as your grip, and a bit lower. I think yours is 42 degrees. This one is a 38 degree.

These Jagar grips have a nice flat spot your thumb pad settles into, but the transition from the thumb pad into the palm swell is squared off a bit more which kind of forces you to keep an open hand, and not grip the riser. This would be a excellent choice for someone learning to shoot with an open hand.

BTW.... i've got some stuff on my work bench with your name on it i'm working on right now. :bigsmyl:

That grip seems very comfortable.

I hope that new ebony Sasquatch will have the same mojo than the riser you are refinishing on the left on your pics.
It killed so many life time trophies
Here are some memories and wins of the Sasquatch ( unfortunately only 8 pics per post )
