2022 Bow Swap Progress Thread - Finished

Since I used Wenge, I have been spending some time filling grain! Another night or two of this and then I should be able to spray. I hope to ship on Friday.

I guess Norwegian Beech could do, but I am a bit worried about freight cost.

I got it all sprayed last night. I would rather the finish has a few days to cure before I wrap it in plastic, so I will be shipping on Wednesday.

I need to glue on the tip overlays and finish sanding my bow.

It may be, but man do I love how it looks. I couldn't ever use wenge or bocote enough.

Got the new riser material glued up and veneers joined last night.  Hoping to get the lams in and bow glued up before we leave Wednesday.

Got my last bits today but it wasn't until late.  Looks like I'll be setting a personal best for build time when I get back from vacation next week.

Alright, all rested up and drinking some coffee!  We are currently:

7/10 received

1 of the remaining 3 is in the final finishing stages, another is well under way, and I am about to marathon build mine.  I will be shipped no later than the 17th.
