Thanks guys!  I'm mostly better at this point.  The only real lasting effects is this ridiculous fatigue and shortness of breath.  I get winded doing mundane things like standing around a toolbox with my guys, or getting dressed in the morning... Also find it nearly impossible to stay awake in the afternoon if I sit down for too long.  Odd stuff...

Max, I called them up to see what they could do because I'm looking to get back in the gym.  They said there wasn't really anything to do other than trying to reacclimate through exercise.

I looked around my bow room tonight and couldn't decide on what I'm gonna build for my victim. I'm gonna use the materials I have on hand. I have to much wood sitting around not being used.
