Some awesome looking stuff going on!  I am in the process of choosing some veneers for my victim.  Wondering if I should go with something gnarly or a more standard look.  Hmm...

Got any pics of your veneers Chris?

Apologies in advance to my victim. I had trouble with my bolt holes and clouded the glass around them. Can't see it together only taken down. Was gonna put overlays over them but I don't like the looks of that so it is what it is.

I guess you could put a piece of felt on the limb there?   Or spray bedliner on it?   :saywhat:
Stay sharp, Kenny.

The bed liner would be classy Kenny.

Instead of an overlay mask the area off a little past where the pad is (maybe 1/4 in. showing. Flat black before the clear.

To late Stic. Last coat is on. Never notice it when it's together. My victim will just have to leave it in one piece

It'll be great Travis, need my addy?  :biglaugh:

It's to curvy for you Kenny. You don't like those nasty recurves

Recurve or longbow, it doesn't matter. As long as it's a traditional bow. I just like them all. 😁
And a little blemish doesn't matter either. Especially when it's in an inconspicuous place.
The weather is supposed to be warmer this week, so I'll be working on my victim's bow. In the meantime I have been working on a little something for a good friend of mine.[attachment=1]
This is something I can do in the house during crappy weather.

Thanks Kenny. These keepsake boxes make good winter projects.

Travis, no pictures as I haven't bought them yet.  The pistachio is always a solid choice in my opinion, but was also considering something more normal like zebra or whatever.  I would link some stuff but not sure if that's legal.

Kenny, feeling better!  My lower back is worn out every day and still coughing up a bit of stuff.  Kinda feels like I did 100 dead lifts or reverse crunches every day.

I think either would look great Chris. Glad you're feeling better, I still am not back to my normal energy level after I had it. My hips and back would wake me up at night hurting for about a month after I had it. The stuff effects your body in odd ways.
My victims bow is finished, just need a rest and a string.
