3 Month Drought!

Well, it has been since the last week in Feb that I have taken a critter with my recurve. It wasn't fir lack of hunting. Things just didn't work out when I did hunt. I was able to get this really ugly faced sow this evening. I shot her with my Primal Tech recurve at about 12yds. The hit was a bit forward than where I wanted, and she made it a pretty good ways, maybe 150yds or so. The good thing was the blood trail was awesome and I didn't have any problems following it right to her.

She was a really butt-faced ugly girl! I think the ugliest pig I have ever shot.

Yes! I have some big suckers hitting this spot, so I used a standard 1 1/8" wide GK for this hunt.
