Primitive flight weapons?

Have any of you heard of them. I just got a 1954 Bear Cub double shelf bow that is in pristene condition. Written on the riser in very small script are the words "Primitive flight weapons". And a name,Al something or other. I don't remember the last name and I'm at work now so I can't look. I am assuming Al reconditioned this bow. He did a great job if thats the case. Has anyone heard of Primitive Flight Weapons and if so do you have any contact info?
