Has any Canadian thought about buying a roll of glass?

Just curious if it would be easier to get a roll of glass and offer it for shipping in strips to Canadian bowyers considering the hassle of US orders?
However I forsee issues with sizes...

Good luck crossing the border :bigsmyl:

If you make it across, be sure to bring some of that Thai cheese!

Not too hard to cross, only a little strip thru the forest. Just have to get creative!

Might look a little funny humping a big roll of fiberglass thru the woods :biglaugh:

I could try my rodney dangerfield routine if I get caught! :goldtooth:

Forget about glass! I ran out of my favourite bourbon almost a year ago and it's only available in the U S!!! 🤬☹️☹️☹️

That's the problem. The border is closed until who knows when. I normally go down to Ohio for the last week of April and again in December. This is two turkey seasons in a row missed.

Make a pair of plywood moose antlers and hold them over your head as you cross the gap. They'll never know the difference.

I expect sizing wouldn't be too much of a problem if you picked a very typical size like 0.040" x 1.75". People would work with it if the supply is reasonably priced.

Now that's a real catastrophe. What brand are you missing?

Wild Turkey, American Honey. 😢
Great taste and it goes into my barbecue sauce for ribs.
Jack Daniels Honey isn't even a pale shadow of it.

Whats wrong with Canadian Whisky?
I can see using Bourbon for cooking, but drinking?
