Go ahead and put me down. I'll update everything later

And it's later:
I'm a lefty....I would like to hunt with the bow so need something between 45-60 lbs. I'll take anything really.

I can build a self bow, one piece glass longbow or could do a whole new design one piece or 3 pc recurve if my victim is willing to maybe work with me on time

Ok Yun's pains in the A$$...

I'm in.

Ya all know what I build..

Me.. Wood or gwass, prefer longbow but recurve is good too..
right handed
shoot 3 under, "tiller it to even tiller"
30 to 35# max
27 inch draw

canopyboy

Dangit Roybert, I was hoping you weren't going to call my bluff.

Will likely build a glass bow. Prefer not to ship international this year as that'll take more time than a one-piece for me, and I may be short on time when the deadline looms. I'm happy to contribute though.

I don't care what type of bow I get in return, happy with the bowyer's choice.

Been seeing some familiar names lurking in this thread that haven't signed up yet.  Come on over by the fire and join the party!

Edit:  Just to make it official, we are a "GO" this year.

Is there going to be a build follow along thread or is this it?

I'm ready to start trash talking....... er, ah, I mean talking about my trash build.  It's going to be mostly made up of scrap leftover from my bathroom remodel except I will need to order some formica.   [Auto correct tried to change that to fornication  :o  :scared:  ]

Progress thread up!

Got everything in the garage 1/2 way set up this year, I'm in.

My info:
- Your draw length: 28 1/2"
- Desired draw weight within a 5-10 pound range: 40-50#
- Right or left-handed: Either (Split finger right-handed, 3 Under Left-handed)
- Whether you will be building a glass, wood, one piece, or takedown bow for the trade : I will build a recipients choice, one piece glass recurve, glass R/D longbow, or one or two piece Osage Selfbow.

I will help with any overseas shipping.
The broadhead used, regardless of how sharp, is nowhere as important as being able to place it in the correct spot.

It's been quite a few years since my last swap, but I'd like to get in for this years'. Thank you guys for keeping it going!

I would build an Osage selfbow. Or possibly a BBO

I'd be happy with anything in return
28.5" draw
40 - 45#
Right handed
I can chip in for int. shipping
Thank you!

Roy from Pa

BO-R

I am in again this year....
Building a 3piece T/D either recurve or longbow...Glass of course....
unless I feel like making a BBO or Ipe.

I will take anything at 40/ 45#  Right handed, shoot split fingered.

Should be fun...

Walt, great to see you sign up.

Thanks Roy

A few months back I finally got the glass bow building tools, forms, and materials set up for the first time since moving into this house in 2014.  After building a few glass bows I am looking forward to building a one for the swap.
