Can't help you with pictures, but I've killed dozens of deer, some turkey and plenty of rabbits and squirrels with woodies usually with bows in the 45 to 50 pound range.

Wooden arrows have taken from bunnies to buffalo for me, and quite a few things in between too.

That rabbit was my first trad kill, with a 53# recurve and an Ash shaft. Pretty much everything else since has been with my 75# longbow and either Douglas Fir or Red Balau shafts and Grizzly broadheads or steel blunts.

Have shot wooden arrows exclusively for the last 10 years or so.

Not many pictures though unfortunately.
