I am done buying bows for sure now.

Gary, that's funny!  Not sure I'm convinced, but with those that you have there you might be all set.   :coffee:

Yes Chase-that does sound pretty funny coming from me I guess. Only time will tell. It'll be true... eventually!

Yes I have found the bow all 6 of them ! But if I had to pick just one it would be my 50s style bow .

It's funny the older I get the more I gravitate towards the vintage bows.

Yes I have 2 that shoot very well for me, 1 is a PLX at 64in and 47@ 28.  The other and my favorite is a Wapiti takedown 60in long and 48lb @ 28in, just cant seem to miss with it. Only thing is my top limb splintered and made me sick to my stomach. Kieth making me another set but haven't received them yet, just hope it shoots as good with new limbs.

If I did not make bow my recently purchased Bear TD would be the bow. If there is any better behaving quite bow out there I doubt it. And the price is not too bad.

I had Big Jim Babcock build a Thunderchild from wood I sent him from my land and from a stash of mahogany that my brother had. I've taken both my deer with it and enjoy it greatly. There are better looking bows, but none that will mean more to me.

I stopped looking for "THE BOW" once I learned how to shoot right... Happened after number 26, or was it 28??? ...Well, now I am down to six or seven... Might even be in that happy place now...

Dan Toelke's 54" Pika is my favorite. If I'm not shooting it, I'm thinking about it....  :)

My two favorites are my MOAB and Big River 21st longbow.  Hard to decide which child I like the best.

My Abbott longbow is my favorite to shoot and would keep it above all the others.

But, I shoot the Black Hunter hybrid longbow better than anything I ever touched. It's crazy how easy it is to shoot these bows well.
