Anyone here ever spray painted some clothes?

Yes, I have.  Got frustrated when the Rit dye wouldn't work.  It will usually wear off after awhile.

i went to the craft store and got clothing paint that could be used with an airbrush. renewed the color on my faded predator camo. ran it in the dryer on high to "set" the paint. worked great for me.

Get ya a super sized industrial sharpie from the hardware store.

Also works great for turning white clothing into snow camo. I would post a pic, but apparently erased it from my phone.

This is a hoodie I did. The sharpie work is probably 2-3yrs old with several washings each year.

I have used camo paint on my ghillie before, walnut hulls on faded camo.

I'd use a dye of some sort over spray paint.  Paint is not only not very durable but makes the surface a little crusty.  For bowhunting, I'd rather have supple cloth that is silent than something stiff and crusty.

I  guy that spay painted his greasy old boots glossy black so he didn't have to buy new shoes for his sisters wedding .

can't post pics, but wore it this spring turkey hunting. had a 24lb tom within 12 feet, looking right at me and he never flinched.

I added some green accents to a asat leafy suit with spray paint. It works, but I would leave it outside to air out the paint smell before hitting the woods. I only hand wash it in a bucket with baking soda. Paint is still on it after a few years.

When my cami begins to lighten up after a few hand washings I soak in water tinted with walnut hulls. When dry I add black sharpie to break it up/add contrast. I've found the soakdulls the cloth as well as giving an earthy scent.

I've used liquid shoe polish in brown and black on a light gray hoodie and sweat pants for snow type camo and for treestand hunting wo much cover. Used to come in plastic bottles w a sponge top. You just push down on the top and spread out in any pattern. Works great and permanent

They actually make fabric markers that look like big sharpies.  You can get them in various colors, black, brown, green grey, etc...  I made a pair of tan pants into an ASAT pattern with the black and brown fabric markers.  They work well.
