Shooting 3 under with split tiller

Will it hurt anything if I shoot 3 under with a bow that has been tillered for split finger? I've been wanting to try out 3 under but am hesitant to do it with my bow.

No problem, tuning takes care of any differences.

Usually, just raising your nocking point will take care of most the tuning.

You may find it helpful to add an arrow rest, to lift the arrow above the shelf about the same amount that you will need to raise the nocking point on the string.  My three under buddy had a time tuning his new bow, an arrow rest made all of the difference, eliminated the porpoising. On his I offered a Pararest, his arrow is about 1/8" above parallel from the top of the brush with the rest about 5/16" above the shelf.  He shoots a recurve with a straight sided sight window, a long bow with a diminishing sight window would cause a less center shot situation with an elevated arrow rest.

Proper nock point adjustment for tune and you will be fine.

Jake-I did this a couple of years ago and my shooting improved greatly! I feel so much better shooting 3 under that I feel like a pro! Don't be afraid to try as you might not regret it!!

No problems at all, as stated above probably going to have to raise your knock.
