Anyone ever heard of replacement takedown bolts for predators risers? The only way you can take a stock predator bow down is by using an allen wrench, im hoping i can find some replacement bolts that can be taken down by hand, either with antler overlays or something similar.

Are the limb bolts 10/24 thread? Length?

Predators are a little special. They don't have a separate bezel, it's a one piece bezel bushing assembly. I believe anything that works on a Black Widow, with the bezels permanently installed in the limbs, would work with a Predator.

I have some antler burr bolts for my Widows, I'll check to see if they work on my Predator. I'm almost certain they will.

A standard antler burr bolt won't work. Flat on the bottom, designed to be installed with the bezel removed. Can't do that with a Predator. See the pic below.

Standard Black Widow brass knurled takedown bolts would also work, they're tapered to fit in the bezel.

Makes me wonder if you couldnt just get/tool an overlay with the appropriate allen wrench sticking out the bottom and just epoxy it to the limb bolt head.

That would work.....you can buy these knurled knobs from Bingham. You'd have to epoxy some type of spacer/washer between the allen head and the knob, since the Allen head is not flush with the bezel. It's slightly recessed. Bingham knobs.

I have a few of the Bingham style knobs like Mike pictured there floating around since I don't sell them anymore.

Let me know if you go that route and for shipping they're yours... :)
Stay sharp, Kenny.

Almost positive that the brass limb bolts that BW sells have the taper under the head. They have a knurled outer edge and a hole thru them.

The brass thump bolts from BW are tapered on the underside and have an Allen wrench hole for when you need leverage.
