Spring is in the air - and it's time to break out your short brimmed wool felt hats!

Teresa has been selling some nice hats at some of the gatherings for quite some time now - but until now - they hadn't made it to the website.

The plan is to keep adding new hats until they're all online - so keep checking back!

In case you were wondering, these hats fit perfectly under the hoods of Teresa's wool jackets, pathfinders, etc.

I have looked at Teresa's hats at the shows, and some are so similar it's not easy to tell them apart.

Let me know how you like it. I used to wear hats like that all the time, back in the day... lol Like 40-years ago.

But I have been eye-balling these new ones myself.

I have one camo wool hat (generic) and a waxed cotton Filson hat. Also an OR Gore-Tex that I wear went traveling via river. Thinking this Asbell wool hat will see serious action.

This is my favorite warm weather hat. It has a mesh crown that keeps your noggin cool and a brim that shades the eyes but is still short enough to allow shooting my bow. The hat has a pocket in the underside of the crown to put money or what ever you want, it also has a slide tie for windy days. I call my hat, "Summer Shade"
Teresa has some neat hat bands to class up your hat, mine is dyed porcupine quills. She will probably have the summer hats on her website as soon as the weather warms up.

Got my hat, just like the one in the first picture. Large fits my 7 1/8-1/4" head very well. Brim is perfect and the wool soft. Will have to wait for some cooler weather in Texas to try it out. It'll be a warm hat.
