Gluin up limb tips and starting riser profile today.  Should have on tree tomorrow.  No pics cuz laptop seems to have decided on an early retirement  :banghead:

Tweaked the tiller and sanded down to 150 grit, shot it in a bit more. Hopefully I can spray the first coat this evening, should definitely be able to tomorrow. Still need to twist up a string for it as well.

Nothing in my P.O. Box today. That increases the odds for everybody else!
Got more sanding to do myself. Making a downdraft table is in my future.

Tracking says it's still out for delivery.

Both limbs of my swap bow have bent sideways over the last couple of days. The string tracks well to the right as you hold it up. I'm getting old and forgetful. Do I scrape the side they bent to, or the side they bent away from?

Dave, Roy's got that diagram somewhere. But remove material on the side that you want the string to move towards.

That's what I thought. Thanks. I'm starting to think that I might send the second bow if I can't get this one to behave in the next couple of days. I'm going to put a tru oil finish on the backup bow. It's a nice bow and well within parameters, but it's not quite as flashy.

Thanks Roy. I'll do better than printing, I'll draw it on the tool cabinet door above my workbench. That way I won't lose it.
I just finished putting the first coat of tru oil on my backup bow. The white oak and walnut took on an antique look that I like.

I am ready to spray, but the temp here is only 57!  I could spray in the greenhouse, but if my wife came home and it smelled like CV, I'd be in some serious trouble. Might have to wait till tomorrow, she will be gone all day ;)

I understand that Elly May....
