Good info in there, Roy.  However, your post will eventually disappear into the mist, as all good posts eventually do.

Right now, there is a banner over the classified section which says "Contributing member classifieds," which is only visible to contributing members.  I recommend keeping that banner in place for all viewers, contributing members or not.  The content below the banner can be hidden from non-contributing members and the gum chewing public.  That way, everyone will know that a classified section still exists, and will be reminded that the reason they can't see it is because they haven't paid their dues.

Simple fix for now, will look into this next week. I'm in the  Midst of getting completely new computers and monitors that will be complete tomorrow.

But as for now  The simple fix he is I have 
modified the  Sticky thread at the top and added the word classifieds after the  Word contributor. That way it won't   Fall off the page
