Grey fox in S central MO. I think the prey are all the same animal. Took me a little bit but I think I've got it.

What ya think the fox is eatin so often?
Stay sharp, Kenny.

they look to big for squirrels...and that long tail looking thing...?

John Krause

After close inspection I'm convinced they are pack rats (wood rats). Google Missouri pack rat.
When a man shoots with a bow it is own vigor of body that drives the arrow,  his own mind controls the missile's flight......His trained muscles and toughened thews have done the work

arrow30

that might be, I killed one on my place.

That makes sense, I was thinkin muskrats but they weren't quite big enuff...
Stay sharp, Kenny.

These pics were taken at a new mineral lick I established a couple of months back. It's right near a creek and what I'm guessing is not too far from the bachelor group's bedding area. Getting ready to hang a stand near here, right where it comes out on a field of late beans.

This picture was actually taken on July 2nd, not sure what happened with the date on the camera.

[attachment=2]
This one was July 12th.

I'd love to take one of these fellas, preferably in velvet, for my first trad buck!

This is a test. I've tried posting 2X with TC pics and it just takes me back to pow wow.
