That's pretty cool!  :clapper:

I just recently did my first Venison Summer Sausage and Bratwurst. It turned out pretty good and I'm looking forward to some future recipes :goldtooth:

I had visions of that this year myself, but haven't had the luck LOL. Still have a couple weeks though. Let us know how it turns out!

Those do look good!  I made some and added a little pork and my own seasonings and then put them in the casings like you did.  Mine tasted great but if I grilled them on too much heat they would kinda blow up....the casing would break open and they would double in size in that spot.  I may have filled them too tight.  I need to try again- they were good
