Has anyone with a bear takedown experienced a click when drawing the bow? On the upper limb, when i'm almost at full draw, there's a distinct metallic click that comes from the latch. I haven't been able to figure it out. Have cleaned it out well and experimented with removing the black fabric on the latch and putting in something thinner. The click doesn't really bother me. I haven't had the chance to shoot a big game animal with it and I worry the click would alert game. The bow shoots consistently otherwise. Has anyone experienced this? Any advice? Thank you for your help.

It is a common problem. Cut a strip of Velcro for the latch and the click should go away.

Also check your guide pins on your riser where they mount into limbs, put some wax like bowstring wax around them that should cure it

Mine only does that on the first draw after stringing the bow. I figured it was "seating" the limb. It would drive me crazy if it did it on every draw. Mine is a b-mag.

Coat your limbs with bow string wax in the area that they insert into the latches.
