 I did it! I have served bowstrings in the past, but now I've made my own Flemish twist string. I know this thread probably belongs in the Bowyer's forum, but I now feel like a kid who just hit his first home run, and I'm now ready to start building my own bows. Needless to say, I have the bug!!

Hope you have lots of free time. 

I started out wanting to build my own bow to hunt with a little over a year ago. Six bows later.....I'm trying to find a good excuse to tell the wife as to why I need to build another.
