Topic Headings in Bold

Is there any way with this new format to set the subject headings to "bold" to make them stand out a bit?

i'll look into the SMF forum software CSS page code for the current theme we're using.  some of that PHP code is global, such as when i upped the font size from a 10 to 11, but not all the page code is forum global and might be by board and that can get kinda tricky to modify.  gotta see ....

i changed the index.css code so if you refresh/reload the browser you will now see all topics shown in bold.
