Problem with Photobucket

For some reason I am not able to post any pics on Photobucket now.  Been working fine until a couple of days ago.  I click on the green upload button and keep getting the same page over again with no uploads.  I'm pretty unsophisticated about this stuff so any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Try logging out of it and log back on. I've had to do that before.

I've tried that several times.  I'm getting a screen I've not seen before.  It let me create a new album, but I can't upload to it.
