So I started it today but now I'm thinking a horn bow may be more appropriate.

Another rain day got the knocks cut bow strung and what I think is tillered , the right limb is the top ,left bottom 1/8 positive, Im with in 1/2 lb of my target weight so far any body have any thoughts this is my first complete glass build ??

  I think it looks pretty good...  It looks like it needs to be stiffened up off of the fades but that could just be an illusion because you have a lot of deflex going on there...  The only real way to tell is to shoot her...  Do some speed tests if you are after performance...

That full draw looks great, 31" looks good on the bow. Glad you didn't pike it , but you may lose a couple finish sanding on limb edges. Curious, did ya change weight any when you cut shelf in?  :thumbsup:

I havent cut the shelf yet & I already sanded the edges maybe some touch up if I can stay 45 ish I will be good I would bet at 45 lb 31 in it would be ass fast as 52 lb@ 28 in. Well see !

Sprayed a few coats of finish on Roy's bow.  Letting it dry and cure before we finish it up and get it sent off.
