Hey guys, I posted this question on the powwow but no takers. I figure a bowyer or someone who owned a polaris would know the answer. I have a samick Polaris 62inch 35#, when unstrung the limbs have slight side to side movement maybe 1/16 of an inch max. Is this normal for entry level take down recurves? Seems to shot fine, no movement when stung and yes I tightened it down good. Thanks for any help.
Life is to short to pass up anything that could potentially be bow wood!

It is probably common, but you could shim them if you wanted. Stringline from tip to tip and see how all lines up with riser and shim where needed.Electric tape would last a long time I bet.
Stay sharp, Kenny.
