Saw some post of some great bows and thought I would post my latest work I did for a customer in Australia.  

Bow Name: Savanna Sparrow
Bow Specs: 72'" 45lbs. @28
Riser Wood: Cocobolo and Hawaiian Koa wood
Limbs: bamboo core with coco and koa split limb veneers.
Extras: Checkering in the riser.

Thanks.  I started doing checkering recently to my bows.  It really adds to the design but the big thing for me is the grip is greatly improved.  Just feels like a vise!

Thanks! ITs a 25" riser with long limbs to get to 72". The customer has a draw lenth of 32" and is about 6ft 8".  He is a tall man and needs a big bow for target shooting. The longest bow I have made since this was a 68".
