yew?

who's got yew lams for sale?
they will be under colored glass so figure would be wasted---

Why not go with cherry or something liek that?

Cherry is lighter than yew, and more stiff per mass ... I would venture to say would be slightly faster as well.

Other than that I got nothing ....

Yeah, I like cherry a lot. Looks good under clear glass too.

I have some yew for lams, but you ain't gettin it  :)

Yew isnt necessarily wasted under colored glass. It's a good core wood either way... but if it was especially pretty, I would save it for use under clear glass or for use as the belly of a tri-lam or something similar.

the yew is a request from a buddy--I prefer red elm as a core

my point was they can be plain looking--with colored glass

Rosewood archery products.  I just recieved some yew lams a few weeks ago from him.  Very nice lams and a good guy to deal with.  Had them to my house in 4 days.

How much are his yew lams? What are their dimensions?

Boobacker, I got my last few on ****, but decent ones ain't cheap. I had a good connection several years ago, shoulda stocked up, cuz that source is no longer available.
