This is a bow I started a while back and then dropped cause I got side tracked.  Anyway, my tillering eye isn't quite developed yet so help is appreciated.  What I think I see, and that doesn't really amount to much, is that the upper (right) limb is  just a wee bit stiff on the outer section.  I'll try to post a full draw pic tonight if my bride will do me the favor of taking it.

I concur about the stiff area on the outer right limb. Otherwise it looks pretty good to me.

I agree also but a hand held full draw should give a truer pic.

I think it looks pretty darn sweet.

I think the top limb is just a tad stiff but the tiller looks great to me.

If you shoot the bow and the arrows nock end kick kicks up a little on release this would confirm a stiff top limb.

Thanks fellas! Eric, I shot it yesterday and didn't notice any of that happening, but I wasn't really looking for it. I'll try it again this afternoon.

Looks pretty close, although the top limb is slightly stiff/flat coming out of the fade for about 6-8".  The middle third of the top limb is bending just a tad more that its fair share.  But nice work overall.  Have fun shooting it.  :)

It could use a few scrapes in the two areas I marked. But it does look nice.

A picture is worth a thousand words. I'll give those areas just a little more attention. Here's a question. I'm probably going to trade this bow to my cousin for a custom turkey call and some rattler skins. He's a monkey so his draw length is 32". Should I back this bow with something besides the snake skin that will go on it? It is red oak, 2" from fade to mid limb tapering to half inch nocks, and 68" TTT. Or should I make another, longer bow? Target weight is around 48# at 32" and this one would be right there.
