What fiberglass do I need to make recurve bow. What Gordon model fiberglass provides the highest torsional stability

The ULS glass will give you torsional stability. A layer of uniweft will also help if you can handle the exta thickness in your design.

Yup, the scrim in the ULS will help with torsional stability.  If you're planning on using veneers though, you will see some of the scrim when the bow is finished.  Best used as colored glass.
