Glad to have you, Jeff. I also lurked for a long time before finally taking an active part on TG. Still don't know what took me so long. I think you'll enjoy yourself. Welcome!

Welcome to the obsession, Jeff.    :)
It's hard to make a wooden bow which isn't beautiful, even if it's ugly.

I'm an old member, New lurker..............Go figure?   :goldtooth:
Actually, I just sit back and wait for offers on my snake skin jobs. Used to post a lot, but found that there's not much love in that. Just get bashed and whatnot.
Welcome back to the Gang, hope you have a good time here.

Welcome what kind of bows do you build. Wood or glass.

Jon in North Idaho

I'll answer for him - Jeff's a classic wood kinda guy...  I have 2 of his bows - one is boo backed hickory, the other is black locust.  Both are beauties.

Sorry  for  the deleyed response and thanks for having me! yes I build all kinds of bows and as Jon said I love all wood bows! What I've been doing is FG flat Hill style 62" and 64" but what I wanted to do was learn what the wood core is doing,, so I build a "single lam" glass bows so far so good!  what I want to do next is a tri-lam so if any one has a starting point for a 62" tri-lam I'd love to hear from you
