I'm going to try to build a jig/form to get some reflex in the handle and limbs. Any information or plans available? I intend to induce the bends with heat and use the same jig for glueing backings. Am I on the right track? I only plan to do stave or glue ups. I'm not planning on tackling glass bows just yet. Thanks

There are some good illustrations in the TBB series of books.  Can't recall right off which of the four volumes would be the best source.  Stand by though cause someone will come up with it!

chekc out my thread on the all wood takedown bow. I have some pics of a form in use. it works for heat bending and for laminating. Its only for one limb at a time but you can use the same concept for a long form for a full 1 piece bow.
