Hi Gang

I'm on a bit of a mission, have some strings on various bows that are in great shape BUT servings are pulling/separating a bit....

My question is, can/how do I replace them?  I have idea of how to put serving on but really need to know starting/finishing knots, how to remove existing etc etc....

Appreciate any thoughts, advice, glad tidings, whatever!

I'll add that if you put the end of the serving material through the bowstring at the start and then wrap over it as usual you'll have a more secure serving.

I was having problems with my servings for a while but I started to put a drop of super glue on each end of the serving where the tie under was. You cant tell the glue is there and it locks that serving down...

I got the idea from a buddy who makes his nocking point by doing a small serving wrap on top of his serving just above and below where he wants his arrow to nock, then he puts super glue on that extra serving to make it permanent.
