Grandsons bow

Its to heavy just as Macbow said it would be, 12 # at 11".I was hoping to not have to lighten it up but I'm going to have to.Might leave this one alone and start another one.

Looks like you better get busy. It doesn't look like he wants to turn loose of it.
If you need some 1/4 inch shafts for arrows let me know. They really zing out of those little guy bows.

Thanks,I figured I'd try and find some stiaght dowel rod someplace.Still have to make a string for it to.

Go to Lowes and take a handfull of the 1/4" dowels next door to the hardwood flooring section.  Use the flooring boxes to roll the dowels, take the straightest ones.  

Don't worry, if you are friendly you may even get the guys that work that section to call you when a new box of dowels come in.
