I sat dow and watched these a year or two ago. Great videos and Ed is a good dude. I spent a little time with him at cloverdale this year and it is always a treat.

I was wandering past his booth at Compton this year with my unfinished 47" red oak bow on my way to meet some friends to hit the range.

I have left it unfinished for about a year due to being indecisive about what to do next with it, but I like to shoot it once in a while.

Ed gave me all kinds of free advice on where to go next and I ended up buying some elk sinu from his neighbor (can't remember who that was).

I really enjoyed talking to him. His bows are beautiful, also.
I started shooting a longbow because I thought it would simplify things and it did... now I simply need to get a whole lot closer to hit anything.

Work'n when I have to, fish'n when I can...

These videos are great! A wealth of information. Good things require patience. He is a great example of counter-cultural person not tempted by immediate gratification. : ). Good stuff.
