used urac on this bow and will not be going back to titebond...... I know TB works fine but I am way more confident in the urac..... it worked perfectly. It also helped that I finally built my heat box...... so the glue could cure in something other than a cold garage (that was probably as much of a problem as anything!).

Anyway started the kids bow to replace my shattered one...... this ine 50" long maple backed maple with ERC handle and tip overlays. Ill see if I cant get her tillered tomorrow. Floor tillered at the moment.

Atta boy.. URAC is the best wood to wood glue in my opinion. But what the heck does an old fart know? :)

a fair amount- apparently!!
nice bows you guys all build.
i would be sure to scour up the two surfaces with a toothing plane( or i use a sawzall blade).
and then dont over clamp and get a glue starved joint- the grooves help with that some- besides increasing the glue contact surface area.
its great glue- so user friendly- and water clean up- great worktime etc.
