Here I am, another greenhorn for you guys to put up with. Need to back a floor tillered bow with maple strip. I.m sure I can manage this myself, but thouht It wouldn't hurt to get some of you guys opinion. Clamps, intertub bands,or cellafane, or, ect. How much force, presure is best/ thanks all

I would clamp at least every 4" and then wrap with innertube strips in between.  I like to alternate the side of the bow I leave the heavy part of the c-clamp on.  I also like to alternate the direction I wrap the innertube.  This equalizes the twisting forces.

What glue are you planning to use?   I have had my best luck wrapping with innertube bands. I used TBIII so I left gaps between the wraps to allow air in and moisture out.

I have some urac-185 I bought for a bamboo backing, I should have plenty left for this job, never have used it before, but it's supposed to be good for this aplication- any shoulds or shoulden't?

Urac reacts chemically so air is not needed for curing. It should work fine for any wood/wood application.
